Day 5 Journal – 30-Day Social Media Detox Challenge
Hey everyone. I’ve decided to start posting my daily thoughts on a weekly basis instead of every day. I think looking at my progress from a weekly perspective will make the changes more noticeable.
According to my iPhone analytics, my daily average screentime is down 60% from last week. This shows me that I’ve made some progress in reducing unnecessary distractions. However, I still feel like I’m still spending too much time on my phone, scrolling through daily news and stories. There’s definitely room for improvement there.
The next step I need to work on is turning that saved time into something productive, whether it’s working on a personal project, building a business, or learning a skill. It wouldn’t be helpful if I just replace one distraction with another. I know it will take some time to make that transition, but that is the ultimate goal of this challenge.
